I'll admit the first time I met him I was a little scared. But his exuberance wasn't meanness, it was Asa being happy to meet someone new. Someone that he could sense would let him snuggle and scratch him behind the ears. He was a great pup & I'll be forever grateful that he was a part of Steve's life. I'm sad that Steve had to say goodbye but I'm thankful that he got to love Asa while he was here. Sara (Steve's mom) Asa was definitely one of a kind.
